Russell Refuge Needs Your Help

Russell Refuge, Inc. provides temporary shelter to Jack Russell Terriers in the northeastern United States that are no longer wanted or have been placed in public shelters. We provide medical care before adoption and find suitable homes for terriers in our care. Our organization is funded entirely by donations. These donations are used for temporary housing, spaying/neutering, transportation from shelters, veterinarian treatments, food, etc.

If you are a donor, you may be able to increase your donation with a matching gift made by your employer. Employees wishing to secure a matching gift from their company must initiate the process directly with their employer on our behalf (inquire with your human resources, charitable contributions, or payroll department).

Russell Refuge Sponsorships

Monthly donations are a great way to help the Russell Refuge do even more to save lives and find forever homes for our terriers. As a Refuge sponsor, you'll make a difference by providing steady income to the Refuge, month after month... income that we can count on to do our work of providing shelter, food, veterinary care, love and protection.

When you sign up to be a Refuge sponsor, your contributions will be charged automatically via PayPal to your credit card, or deducted from your checking account, on an ongoing basis. Your donations are tax deductible. You can select your level of giving, and if you wish, you can sponsor one of our terriers by writing his or her name above the subscription button. You may leave this area blank if you'd like the money to go where it is needed most.

Each sponsorship subscription lasts 12 months (i.e., $5.00 sponsorship = $5.00/month x 12 months = $60.00 total). We offer sponsorships in six denominations: $5, $10, $25, $50, $75 and $100.
