Russell Refuge, Inc. provides temporary shelter to Jack Russell Terriers in the northeastern United States who are no longer wanted or have been placed in public shelters. The proceeds from your charm purchase are used to help feed, house and find a forever home for the terriers in the Russell Refuge.

Charms from the Jasmine Collection

The sets represent the bond between human and canine.  The Refuge is for dogs for whom the bond has been broken; your purchase will help us mend their hearts and find them a forever home.  And if no one ever comes for them, they will always have a home at the Refuge.  Each charm set consists of a charm for you (i.e., zipper pull) and a charm for your dog (i.e., dog collar).  Charms can also be purchased individually.  You can also add "Donation Dollars" to your order.

We provide medical care before adoption and find suitable homes for terriers in our care. Our organization is funded entirely by donations. These donations are used for temporary housing, spaying/neutering, transportation from shelters, veterinarian treatments, food, etc.

All of the proceeds from the sale of these silver plated charms go directly to the Refuge. Whether you choose a coordinating set or an individual zipper pull or dog collar charm, your purchase will help us take care of our terriers. The charm sets were created by Leslie Hemsing, a Russell Refuge volunteer.
